Communications Intern (Healthcare)

Reports to: Communications Manager
Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting Holland BPWs Communications staff with the development, organization, and implementation of various strategic communication projects.

Essential Duties
Assist with the development of digital and print content creation. Assist with event planning.Participate in company events. Research, provide recommendations, and design content for various communication projects.
Essential Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree Program in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment. Strong organizational skills. Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant internship/work/research experience desired.Junior or Senior status preferred.Previous experience - Graphic Design, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Normal office environment with minimum discomfort due to noise, dirt and dust. Mental ability to frequently handle pressures related to working on projects requiring attention to detail, and the simultaneous management of multiple
