Account Manager – Residential Renewable Energy (B2B)

Baker Home Energy seeks an experienced Account Manager to foster and expand critical B2B partnerships in residential solar, battery storage, and roofing. What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B partners, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, increase operational efficiency, and drive business success.
Gather, analyze, and respond to customer feedback, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address concerns.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and present them to senior leadership.
Monitor relationship performance and project progress through key metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
Assist in contract negotiations with business partners to ensure alignment of terms and expectations.
Conduct post-project reviews and implement feedback into future projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential solar preferred; related industries considered.
At least 1 year managing B2B accounts or overseeing B2B projects in a customer-centric environment.
Knowledge of contract negotiations and project lifecycle management in solar or energy sectors preferred.
Familiarity with solar financial models (leases, loans, cash sales) and regulatory frameworks (Net Billing Tariffs).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
