Position Summary: Set up and service off premise catering events. Orchestrate daily operation of warehouse, including coordination of incoming and outgoing deliveries, delivery of food and/or equipment, dishwashing and organization of all catering supplies within the Warehouse. Essential Job Functions:
Ensure that any & all food & beverage items are presented and served correctly, adhering to the standards set by Chef's Choice Catering
Serve clients in a courteous, professional and respectful manner in accordance with Chef's Choice Catering's Customer Service Policy
Ensure that all equipment is returned to the commissary and that the room/area at the event is left clean and tidy
Preparation of the area or room in its entirety for a function or event, prior to the guest's arrival
Ability to work with logistics including picking, packing and distribution of all durable goods related to catering events
Help with set ups and break downs, and service of off premise catered events, including unloading vans, dishwashing and restocking items to the warehouse shelves
Maintain a clean and well organized warehouse reporting any deficiencies to members of management
Properly store and organize all incoming orders and supply deliveries
