Position Overview:
As a member of the Workplace Solutions division, responsibilities include product management, project management, vendor management, operational ownership including defining and managing processes and procedures, and other administrative duties. Core activities include creating, enhancing, and managing products and/or programs to meet goals and enhance profitability, as well as assisting with product planning, pricing, marketing and sales support activities.
What you will do:
Act as a liaison to corporate Marketing to assist with creating marketing and sales support materials, educational content and video content.
Perform market research to inform product strategy and development, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
Manage various projects from beginning to end working with stakeholders across the company.
Contribute to overall team by performing certain product management tasks or projects, including but not limited to, setting goals for products, manage vendor relationships, monitor competitor activity, review and submit invoices, participate in testing.
Responsible for defining, amending, understanding and leading product operations including processes and procedures related to banking functions.
Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned, related to the broader retail products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant experience
Consumer Directed benefits (CDB), HSA and notional experience preferred but not required.
Banking experience preferred but not required.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing and adjusting to evolving priorities.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to drive structure and inform the stand-up of procedures and processes, drive project tasks and follow-up with urgency and to closure.
Excellent communicator, capable of distilling timely and relevant messages to internal and external stakeholder audiences alike.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools
Ability to travel 10%
