Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek is searching for a talented Full-Time Cook ll to join their culinary team at La Luce !

La Luce, Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek's signature restaurant created by famed Napa Valley chef and restaurateur Donna Scala. This modern Italian country kitchen serves dinner nightly and features thin crust pizzas, homemade pasta, Mediterranean-inspired drinks and a Trattoria-style wine program.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of professional culinary experience, with at least 1 year specializing in Italian cuisine. This individual will be passionate, hardworking, and a team player with a solid understanding of cooking temperatures. Hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Shift Pattern: Evening Shift/ Open availability is required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays/ Typical shift pattern is 2:30pm-11:00pm

Pay Range: $20.80 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook ll, you would be responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare cold food items including, but not limited to, salads, fruits, dressings, fish items and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
• Stock and maintain designated food stations(s)
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
