AHF Products has a job opportunity for a qualified and dependable Data Management Representative for our Mountville, PA team. This role manages data and rebate processing for our distribution and customer buying group partners. This position reports to the Customer Service Sr. Director. JOB DUTIES:  

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Review and analyze data to quickly resolve data submission errors related to invalid or unknown customers and products.
• Evaluate buying group agreements and program rebate management system to calculate applicable rebates.
• Process monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to capture valid rebate payments. Validate reports and process for payment.
• Communicating with various individuals including distributors, buying group affiliates, as well as internal contacts such as sales leadership and finance.
• Exercise strong listening skills and decision-making capabilities to resolve issues resulting quickly and effectively in superior customer satisfaction.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening
• Positive and Verifiable Work History
• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication.
• Excellent listening skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks at once.
• Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to be proactive, take initiative, be accountable and possess a strong propensity towards change and process improvement.
• Talk, hear, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Proficiency in operating a PC with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel.
