Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to maintain their hygiene and physical appearance.Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises to help maintain or improve the clients range of motion and muscle strength.Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare providers, including oral medications and injections, and monitor for side effects or reactions.Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up living spaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.Facilitate transportation to and from appointments, social events, and errands, providing companionship and support throughout.Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes in the clients health status to family members and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted CNA certification.Current CPR/BLS certification.Secure malpractice insurance coverage.
Up-to-datemedical documentation.Proof of authorization to work in the United States.Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
