Legal Clerk - Internship (Finance)
Legal clerk will be responsible for assisting the Legal Operations group with special projects, licensure and other day-to-day support for the Legal Department.May assist with completion, review and follow up of license and/or permit applications.Reviews applications, obtains documentation from the community, reviews the application for completeness, obtains licensure fees, and submits applications to licensing agency.Provides general legal support such as conducting statutory and regulatory research, reviewing documents, updating contracts, and correspondence, as needed.Assist attorneys and legal operations team members with various tasks.This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position.
