Business Relationship Manager II (Finance)
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with executives, managers, and staff at all levels. They must be able to simplify complex issues for customers and IT teams and possess excellent organizational skills, strong prioritization abilities, and a high level of personal accountability.
Operational management experience, with a focus on improving customer processes and experiences, is a must. This includes collaborating with customers to identify and address challenges, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery. Additionally, candidates should have expertise in developing departmental and enterprise-wide technology policies and procedures, as well as experience responding to system security threats and minimizing their impact on customer departments and the broader organization.
Additional Information:
This classification has been designated At-Will by the Board of Supervisors, in accordance with Article 6, Section 601E (8) of the County Management Resolution, and serves at the pleasure of the Chief Information Officer.
This class is eligible for the Performance Recognition Plan under Article 3, Section 311(C) of the County Management Resolution. Program eligibility requires employees to be in a leadership position, manage employees or programs, and have significant influence on the achievement of organizational objectives.

RCIT is a full-service provider of IT services including communications, development, security, infrastructure, desktop support, helpdesk, and datacenter services. Comprehensive systems support is also offered for email and messaging, smart phones, tablets, expert technical support, and production and test environments.

Experience: Four years of progressively responsible experience in business relationship management, project management, or strategic IT consulting, including planning, organizing, and implementing IT programs and projects. One year of this experience must include supervisory responsibilities or lead roles in cross-functional project teams.
License: Possession of a valid California Driver's License is required.
Knowledge of:
Applicants who are currently County of Riverside employees and/or current employees of the Flood Control District may be considered before other applicants depending on the volume of the applications received.
