Qualifications
Current State license as a Registered NurseGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing1+ years of experience in a home health care setting or facilityKnowledge of management processes and have excellent time management skillsExcellent communication skills with staff, other management and residents.
Responsibilities
Performs comprehensive assessments on resident's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of ADLs.Establishes a plan of care as appropriate.Carries out physician orders.Performs medication administration, treatment plans, coordinates services and promotes continuity of care and delegates duties and tasks to other licensed nurses and home health aides.Attends daily and weekly staff development meetings.Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, as well as established personnel policies and procedures.
