Senior Sector Manager- Grease (Finance)

Job Summary
Own and function as the subject matter expert for specified product and application technologies. Provides complex technical services, field engineering, application troubleshooting and product support activities to Senior Account Managers, National Account Managers, OEM/Direct Sales and CITGO customers. Works with Product Specialists to collaborate on customer solutions. Assists in business development and tactical sales strategy for assigned sectors. Serves as the subject matter expert and consultant for their sector internally and externally. Collaborates with Product Specialists on field trials or other product trials at customers and ensures the insights and data are collected to facilitate testimonials and other supportive collateral. Manage and adapt field work and strategy in alignment with business goals and works with Product Marketing to ensure field information translates into effective testimonials. Provides specialized sector training to sales and customers to support their sector including the Technical Resource Institutes and Lubes School. Works closely with Product Specialists, sales and customers to provide oil analysis interpretation and training. Partners with OEM sales and Product Specialists to seek approvals. Maintains a relationship with key OEMs to ensure access for technical concerns of customers, approvals and market knowledge.
