CANDIDATE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be a diligent, focused, and enthusiastic HR professional, with a strong desire to positively impact the organization's Human Resource operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination/management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following traits:
TRAVEL: No domestic or international travel is required.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Must be able to operate computer and other office machines and office equipment as the job requires.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting, bending, and reaching. May require lifting up to 5 pounds. Requires manual agility sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers and other office equipment as the position requires. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
MENTAL DEMANDS: Must handle diverse work problems daily. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure. Must relate and interact with people at all levels in the Company.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in a typical office setting. This position may require working outside of standard business hours.
