Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' mobility, strength, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate residents and their families on therapy techniques for continued progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in California
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping patients regain independence
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with staff and residents
• New graduates and experienced therapists welcome!
