The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. Senior Remote Office Coordinator Pay Range: $76,000.00 -$96,900.00
We are looking for a talented Senior Satellite Office Coordinator to join our Corporate Services and Facilities team in Denver, Colorado. As key contributor you will:
SPP is looking for a highly organized and resourceful Senior Satellite Office Coordinator to manage the daily operations of one of our satellite offices. In this role, you will oversee building operations, vendor coordination, meeting and catering support, space management, and other critical tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office while serving as the primary point of contact for all on-site activities.
This is an onsite position with occasional travel required to the satellite office. If you are proactive, solutions-oriented, and have experience managing diverse office operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for building owner requirements and vendor coordination at the satellite office. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for facilities, equipment, and space.
Vendor and Facility Management: Oversee on-site vendor operations, coordinating repair requests, ensuring timely completion, and ensuring equipment and systems (such as HVAC, fire safety, and physical security) are fully operational.
On-Site Support: Coordinate on-site meetings, including technical support, catering, and visitor management. Ensure meeting spaces are properly equipped and operational.
Space Management: Manage office space utilization across all SPP locations, utilizing cloud-based space management software to monitor and optimize space allocation.
Procurement and Budgeting: Participate in the procurement process, sourcing supplies, equipment, and services. Assist in budget management for facilities and office-related expenses.
Inventory Management: Maintain office supplies, beverage center inventory, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and functional.
Repair and Maintenance: Identify and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance with vendors, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution to all facility-related issues.
Shipping/Receiving: Coordinate all shipping and receiving for the satellite location, collaborating with the building management team and SPP employees to ensure accurate delivery and inventory management.
Alarm Management: Respond to alarms related to environmental systems, physical security, and technical equipment, and ensure proper resolution of any issues.
Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with SPP's policies and procedures.
Special Projects: Participate in and support special initiatives and projects as assigned by the Facilities Services department, actively contributing to the success of the office operations.
Change Management: Actively engage in the SPP change management process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required and availability for after-hours call out. This position will require more in-office attendance than corporate hybrid attendance policy.

Travel Requirement:
This position requires minimal (5-15%) travel.
