Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Analyst - Spec Gas Lab Location: Fairless Hills, PA Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Specialty Gas Lab Analyst to join our team located in Fairless Hills, PA. Perform routine analytical work on medical and specialty gases using various types of analytical equipment including gas chromatographs and process analyzers. Apply quality control procedures to samples submitted for approval in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Calculate, compile, document, and communicate results to appropriate departments. Professionally interface with all other departments as required. What we offer you! • Competitive compensation • Comprehensive benefit plan (medical, dental, vision and more) • 401(k) retirement savings plan • Paid time off (vacation, holidays, PTO) • Employee discount programs • Career growth opportunities Responsibilities (2nd shift) - Perform quality control testing on products per established SOP's - Perform quality control testing on raw materials per established SOP's - Produce and maintain calibration records - Maintain analytical equipment - Determine pass/fail status of production samples submitted to lab - Provide technical support to production and customer service as needed - Carry out all PM (preventative maintenance) duties assigned - Compile, organize and maintain test data records - Produce accurate analytical certifications - Perform analysis on medical gases per SOP's and GMP's - Complete and maintain FDA medical gas paperwork - Perform all other duties as assigned - Preferred 4-year technical degree with emphasis on science and math or equivalent work or industry experience - Able to work flexible hours capable of multi-tasking - Must be able to lift over 50 lbs, and able to handle compressed gas cylinders - Able to work independently and be self-motivated - Familiarity with gas chromatography and process gas analyzers Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2020 sales of $27 billion.
