Office Manager (Finance)
Description
As a supporting member of the management team, the Office Manager sustains the Team Qualis mission at Dugway Proving Ground with the following tasks and duties:
- Clerical, logistical, delegated recruiting, HR, and accounts payable duties
- Mandatory training tracking
- Government-furnished Property (GFP) inventory, audits, reporting, and Property Management compliance
- GFP audits and PWS-stipulated GFP-related reporting
- Internal records audits and updates
- Facility cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
- Phone, roster and contact lists
- Government-mandated initial and annual training requirements tracking
- File management
- Procurement of office supplies inventory and procurement
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procurement
- Fleet maintenance and registration
- Team member support and troubleshooting
- Office supplies tracking and purchasing
- New hire in-processing/on-boarding to include assistance with clearance and access requests
- And other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Education level - An associate's degree or higher
- Experience - must have at least demonstrated experience in office management or other administrative work
- Specific skills
- Organization and time management/priority setting
- Build rapport with POCs, vendors, corporate management, and Qualis team members Communication - oral and written
- Computer - MS Office and cloud-based applications
- Process management
