The ideal candidate will have a strong dedication to providing exceptional care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic patient care including assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, etc.).
Monitor and record patient health conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring of patients.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Work some weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be a state-tested Nurse Aide.
Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate nature.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
