STNA Part Time (Healthcare)

The ideal candidate will have a strong dedication to providing exceptional care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care including assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, etc.).
• Monitor and record patient health conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring of patients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
• Work some weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be a state-tested Nurse Aide.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate nature.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
