Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service and value (knowledgeable, positive and professional), acting as a company representative for internal and external customers
Act as the primary representative and contact for Bracket & Pricing Administration
Administer retail list pricing for the Retail Division
Ensure all planning customers are aligned with the correct price bracket
For the transition to bracket pricing, remove items by customer and enter list price in SAP for all existing and new items by customer and action date
Enter Private Label list price in SAP for all items by action date
Input new Items, new customers and ship to locations
Determine International list price
Monitor List Price & Customer Adherence
Monitor pricing errors daily in SAP and if errors occur, validate pricing with Sales & RGM and adjust accordingly
Prepare and communicate Bracket Pricing Scorecard Report & Insights monthly to Sales and Supply Chain Leadership
Conduct trimester review of scorecard trends
Monitor and address customer non-compliance on a case-by-case basis
Adjust SAP pricing action with non-complying customers
Manage the escalation of issues and facilitate cross-functional issue resolution
Perform root cause analysis to understand drivers of order failure in support of process improvement
Participate in and lead cross-functional teams and meetings
Monitor processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Build collaborative relationships with customers by seeking to understand customer needs while educating the customer on Johnsonville process requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree achieved, in process or significant equivalent experience required
Experience:
3-5 years' experience in finance, customer service or supply chain is preferred
Skills and Competencies:
Strong focus on customer success
Creative problem solver and analytical, including the ability to conduct a root cause analysis
Proficiency with Business Software (SAP preferred), and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), basic EDI knowledge a plus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer accounts, brokers and sales team
Organized, accurate and strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
