iTech AG is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead initiatives centered around ServiceNow presales, prototypes, and solution delivery across multiple projects and programs. This role focuses on strategic leadership, enabling innovation through collaboration with architects, developing compelling demos and prototypes, and aligning solutions with customer needs and business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise with deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to drive IT modernization and deliver transformative solutions, manage the launch of new offerings, and support marketing and documentation of new solutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to iTech AG's growth as a ServiceNow Elite Partner by fostering innovation, supporting business development, and enhancing technical delivery.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage initiatives that showcase the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, driving innovation through pre-sales, prototypes, and internal lab development, working with ServiceNow to launch offerings, and support documentation for launching of internal offerings.
Collaborate with technical architects and leadership to design and deliver compelling demos, prototypes, and proposal content that align with customer missions and iTech AG's strategic objectives. Create compelling PowerPoints and recordings of key demos, features, and benefits.
Coordinate activities across multiple ServiceNow-focused projects, ensuring alignment with iTech AG's innovation and growth goals while delivering value to federal customers.
Act as a key advisor in presales and program activities, understanding customer needs, developing solutions, and articulating the value of ServiceNow in modernizing IT and business processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, and capture teams, to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
Support proposal development, writing, and presales customer meetings. Coordinate meetings, and action items, and track trends, capabilities, and best practices to inform strategy and solution development.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience in ServiceNow project and program management, ideally including presales, prototypes, and demo activities.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and IT modernization principles.
Excellent written and communications skills.
Experience in crafting proposal content and contributing to business development efforts.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or higher.
PMP required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
ServiceNow certifications preferred
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
