POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant of Transportation supports the transportation team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and communication, maintaining records, and assisting with logistics and compliance. This position ensures the smooth daily operation of the department and serves as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to overall efficiency and success of the organization.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
Hiring Range: 17 – 19.00 per hour
Travel: Local travel may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of all applicable local, state and federal codes/regulations as well as DOL guidelines. Proficiency with Microsoft office applications as well as using internet tools and resources.
