Sr Manager or Director of Engineering (Security)

Ideal Pase, a leading provider of liquid filling solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager or Director of Engineering to lead our mechanical and electrical engineering teams across multiple sites. You will drive the development, design, and delivery of high-quality, custom-engineered liquid filling solutions for our industrial customers. This role demands a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of guiding teams through complex, project-based design challenges. As a key leader in our growing organization, you will also play a crucial role in driving product innovation, engineering excellence and shaping the future of our liquid filling solutions. This position will oversee engineers in both Eagan, MN and Madison, WI.
