Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' strength, mobility, and independence in daily activities
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of all evaluations, treatments, and discharge summaries
• Adhere to all Orchard View Post Acute policies and state regulations

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
