What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll connect with customers to provide personalized mobile and home solutions. You'll be both a sales expert and a mobile technology enthusiast, delivering exceptional service while exceeding sales goals.

Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Provide an outstanding in-store experience through product knowledge and consultative sales.

Educate customers on mobile and home service features, promotions, and billing options.

Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding goals.

Collaborate with teammates to foster a positive, high-energy sales environment.

Ensure operational excellence by following all company procedures and retail standards.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Experience: 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Pay + Commission - Target earnings starting at $22.69/hour.

Uncapped Commission - The more you sell, the more you earn!
