We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled RPA UiPath Solutions Architect to join our fast-growing business. The Solutions Architect will play a critical role in assessing, selecting, managing, and implementing enterprise application components, ensuring that technical solutions effectively address business problems within the organization's operational and functional baseline. This role focuses on designing and delivering solutions for enterprise-grade customers using RPA technologies and requires close collaboration with various business and technology teams to gather requirements, document use-cases, and develop implementation specifications. Our Solutions Architect will help us empower and equip the VA with RPA solutions to address complex challenges and achieve operational efficiency for its valued customers, Veterans, and loved ones.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide expert guidance on infrastructure planning and platform architecture for UiPath solutions.
Evaluate potential automation candidates and contribute to prioritization strategies to maximize business value.
Design detailed and robust technical solutions for UiPath automation projects, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Develop both attended and unattended UiPath automation solutions, leveraging best practices and the latest platform features.
Provide oversight and technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to UiPath best practices and standards.
Conduct comprehensive design and code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and compliance with architectural standards.
Mentor and train developers to enhance their UiPath expertise, promoting skill development and professional growth.
Explore and gain expertise in emerging technology products, including related AI and automation tools, to expand professional knowledge and capabilities.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
10+ years of overall professional experience in technology or software development.
At least 4 years in a technical architect role, with a focus on designing and implementing enterprise solutions.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath architecture and development.
Proven experience with UiPath Automation Suite and Cloud.
Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (VB and C#) or VBA.
Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience working with APIs and databases.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Understanding and ability to work within Agile project delivery frameworks and methodologies.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:
Experience working with Federal agencies is a plus.
Familiarity with UiPath Action Center, AI Center, and Document Understanding.
Knowledge of UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining, and AutoPilot.
Experience with Generative AI and its applications.
UiPath Solution Architect certification.
UiPath Infrastructure Engineer training.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
CLEARANCE:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
