About the Role
Services a variety of business customers with cash management services and supports the Business Banking team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Partner with the Business Bankers to open new deposit accounts, set up new customers, and open new business credit card accounts.
- Actively deepen Business customer relationships to assess and recommend solutions for cash management services including Business Online Banking, Merchant Services, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, and Corporate Credit Cards.
- Responsible for onboarding and implementation of new Business customers cash management services.
- Coordinate with the Business Banking officers to schedule customer visits regarding cash management services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Business Banking Officers and Retail staff to develop additional cash management sales opportunities.
- Expected to be well versed on all bank products.
- Assist in the completion of special projects as needed.
- Input financial statements in designated software, with lender interaction for clarification or interpretation of entries.
- Attend all compliance training.
- Coordinate and/or participate in group events or social or community events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills in person, on the phone, and written format.
- A comprehensive understanding of the banking industry is preferred.
- 2+ years customer service and/or banking experience is preferred.
- Experience identifying additional opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, clients and colleagues.
- Combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.

Basic PC skills and proficiency of the English language.
