Your Impact
We are looking for an organized, proactive Editorial Assistant to support the Editor in Chief of Elle. This role is essential to keeping our creative team running smoothly, and providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects with a sense of urgency. The ideal candidate is comfortable with scheduling, travel arrangements, expense management, and project coordination.

Who you are
The base salary for this role is $60,000 - $61,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This position is based in the NYC office a minimum of 3 days a week but most likely closer to 4-5 days in office.
This is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America, East, Collective Bargaining Agreement.
