It should be trauma-informed and medically-necessary to remediate pathology or prevent decompensationOur clinicians and staff are encouraged to use decision-making, provide services and referrals that are comprehensive, clinically driven, creative, proactive and supportive for the client.Documentation of all psychotherapy, intervention and treatment planning is an essential part of treatmentAll assessments, treatment plans, etc. must be completed consistent with regulations and clinic policy Minimum Requirements: Mental Health Counselors must have graduated with at least an MHC degree, and they either need to have a license or they need to apply for a limited permit to be able to provide psychotherapy services at Achieve.
