Senior Corporate Treasury Analyst (Finance)
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Role
This position will provide key support for numerous functions within the Corporate Treasury department including asset/liability management, liquidity management, budgeting/forecasting processes, and performance analysis. This position will work closely with senior and executive management to provide strategic financial insights, optimize business performance, support decision-making processes, and validate existing methodologies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Analyze interest rate risk exposure and provide key support in the ongoing management and maintenance of financial models including review of model assumptions, design, inputs, outputs, and sensitivity analysis to ensure robustness, accuracy and consistency.
• Perform effective challenges of existing processes and procedures and provide recommendations to ensure alignment with model risk management best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections, incorporating business trends and market dynamics.
• Provide insights into variances between actual performance and forecasted numbers, identifying key drivers of performance.
• Leverage technology and financial systems to automate and improve financial analysis and reporting accuracy.
• Provide data and analytical support and coordination for modeling of strategic considerations.
• Participate &/or lead projects and initiatives; seek out and create efficiencies in existing processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance documentation around processes and procedures to ensure consistency and continuity within the department.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of similar or related experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
Skills
Regular in-office attendance required.
