Revenue Manager at AATMOS - Sevierville (Finance)
College or higher-level education
Minimum 3 years of hotel revenue management experience. Experience with IHG, Hilton, and Marriott systems is preferred.
Previous hotel operations experience is preferred.
Restaurant revenue management experience is preferred.
Must be strong leader, self-motivator, team builder
Must be able and prepared to travel
Must be available during prime demand periods, weekends and evenings, to handle inventory and rate inquires
Must be willing and able to sign AATMOSs non-disclosure and non-compete agreements
Job Description
Primary Functions:
Revenue
Aggressively pursue revenue goals, effectively utilize yield management and revenue maximization tools, and prepare and manage the annual budget.
Effectively manage displaced revenue and control expenses related to commissionable revenue streams and digital marketing.
Seek opportunities to drive ancillary revenues and F&B revenue
Work hand-in-hand with Aatmos F&B, sales, and marketing team to maximize revenue
Forecasting
Accuracy: Work closely with the property and sales team to ensure that the hotel meets/exceeds approved forecasts
Continually forecast and reforecast on a weekly and monthly basis
Actively participate in the budgeting process for each hotel Quality
Training: Coach property level team how on how to find opportunities to increase RevPAR by using the AATMOS and Brand tools.
Leadership
Actively participate on the AATMOS Strategic Planning Committee. What is Aatmos strategic planning committee?
Lead the process of developing and implementing, with the active participation of the property management, General Managers and the corporate team leaders, the annual Business Plan for each hotel.
Gain and maintain excellent knowledge of competition, general industry trends, and detailed market trends.
Work Ethic: Motivate, coach and train General Manager Team members, set goals and hold team members accountable, and provide appropriate feedback, rewards, and recognition.
