Associate Director of Sales - Dollar Channel (Finance)

As a member of our retail sales team, you'll work closely with Johnsonville's marketing and category management teams to develop and deliver consumer insights and category reviews that help our customers be successful. You'll also work with our broker partners to make sure that sales strategies are fully and effectively executed, from headquarters to the retail stores. Johnsonville, LLC Associate Director of Sales - Dollar Channel Position Overview: At Johnsonville, LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality products across the U.S. and international markets. The dollar channel includes one of our fastest-growing customers, Dollar General. As an Associate Director of Sales on our Channels team, you'll have a direct impact on the business's success by leading and managing this important channel. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies that drive category-leading growth with our retailer partners. You'll also work closely with both internal and external cross functional stakeholders, helping to build accurate sales forecasts. Additionally, you'll take the lead in building strong relationships with key customers, working across areas like merchandising, category development, planning, supply chain, eCommerce, and shopper marketing. Responsibilities:
Lead the development and organizational alignment to Dollar General, one of the fastest growing accounts at Johnsonville
Own, manage, and develop strong customers relationships with the dollar channel retail business and related broker partners - nation-wide
Collaborate with the customer and internal teams to develop highly effective and profitable joint business plans
Understand and effectively manage trade strategy and programs to deliver profitable sales
Lead, collaborate, and hold brokers accountable for plans within the dollar channels
Partner with supply chain to find efficient solutions with Dollar General and other dollar customers
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
Sales experience with Dollar General, required
Minimum of seven years' sales experience in consumer-packaged goods, preferred
Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana, etc.), preferred
Experience building new and existing relationships including those above the merchant/buyer level, preferred
Proven experience building a business with P&L responsibility and trade promotion management experience, preferred
Experience building accurate sales forecasts, IBP experience is a plus
Experience with shopper marketing or other marketing background is a plus
Broker Management experience,preferred

Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30%
