Communications Administrator-Retail (Finance)
Communication Gatekeeping & Curation:
Serve as the primary point of contact for filtering and curating communications from HQ and field teams before they reach store locations.
Ensure that all communications are relevant, accurate, and prioritized appropriately.
Consistency & Formatting:
Format and structure all communications to maintain a consistent style and format across all channels, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for store teams.
Develop and maintain templates or guidelines for internal communications.
Task Execution & Follow-Up:
Track and monitor the execution of tasks communicated to stores, ensuring follow-up with relevant teams to confirm completion.
Act as a liaison between HQ, field teams, and stores to address any questions or issues regarding task execution.
Administration of Zipline System:
Administer the Zipline task management and communication system, including setting up, managing, and troubleshooting tasks and communications.
Train and support store personnel in using Zipline effectively.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate current communication processes, recommend improvements, and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of store communications.
Provide regular feedback and reporting on communication performance and task completion metrics to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies and priorities.
Ensure timely and effective communication during critical periods, such as store openings or urgent operational updates.

Requirements/Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in communications, administration, or a similar role, preferably within a retail or multi-location business environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in task management systems, with hands-on experience using Zipline or similar platforms.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business communication tools.
