Position Summary:

This is position supports a completed NIH trial investigating the impact of improving sleep on the brain's response to pain and clinical pain ratings in individuals with fibromyalgia and chronic insomnia. This position supports project coordination for completed federally funded research, including finalizing participant running, database management and oversight, and coordinating dissemination activities of the research team.

This is a grant-funded, time-limited position.This position requires a master's degree in a related field of study, or a bachelor's degree in those same fields and two years of experience in administrative services. Four additional years of directly relevant and progressively responsible administrative experience at the executive level may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.The University of South Florida is a high-impact global research university dedicated to student success. • Coordinates dissemination of trial data, and provides assistance to the PI and other key personnel and trainees to support rapid dissemination of trial results.
• Manage routine daily functioning of this project during its final year, including retaining participants and conducting follow-up assessments.
• Participating in training, scheduling, and monitoring of graduate and undergraduate research assistants related to the program study.
• Maintaining study quality control by collecting data, resolving data discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain databases to keep project records and generate reports as needed.
