CNA Phelps Medical Group, FT 40hrs a week Monday-Friday 8a-5p, no weekends or holidays (Media)
Assists in the collection of assessment data, such as vital signs and intake/output. Subjective and objective data are reported to Clinic Nurse in Charge.
Provides care that meets the patient's needs such as repositioning, dressing and ambulating, for patients of all ages.
Collects laboratory specimens.
Creates and maintains a comfortable and safe environment for patients, families, and visitors.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports directly to the Director of Phelps Medical Group.

While performing the duties of this job, employees the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. REQUIRED EDUCATION
Completion of an approved nursing assistant or certified medical assistant course.
COMPETENCIES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Currently licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Nebraska.
