Inside Sales Representative (Sales)
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to promote our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and prospecting.
Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
ABOUT YOU
•1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
