Maintenance - Special Projects (Maintenance)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provides dotted-line technical oversight for the quality of work and training of Maintenance Managers during assigned projects.Serves as a subject matter expert on maintenance-related issues.Manages work order systems to ensure timely and high-quality completion of maintenance tasks.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required. Two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical associate degree preferred. Experience in custodial work or property management is a plus. State licensure in one of the following areas preferred: Electrical, General Contractor, HVAC, or Plumbing. OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
Physical Requirements (Standard):
Standing and walking over 50% of the time.Sitting less than 50% of the time.Regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling tools and equipment.Frequent reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.Frequent pushing, pulling, talking, and hearing.Potential exposure to various chemicals, infectious materials, or biological hazards.Risk of injury from falls, burns, odors, or cuts from equipment.
Travel/Hours:
Full-time position.Requires over 80% travel.Availability for on-call support during weekends and after business hours.Provides after-hours services for urgent facility needs.Required to assist during inclement weather and emergency conditions.
