Job Description:
The Corporate Restructuring Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing corporate restructuring cases within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful corporate restructuring and alignment with organizational goals.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage corporate restructuring cases to deliver high-quality results.
Develop and implement corporate restructuring plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather corporate restructuring requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor corporate restructuring progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on corporate restructuring status.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact corporate restructuring success.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the corporate restructuring team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate restructuring or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in leading corporate restructuring cases and managing corporate restructuring teams.

The Compensation range for this role is 22.63 - 45.26 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
