Talent Acquistion Specialist (Administrative)

We are looking for someone to join our team to drive recruitment efforts in a highly competitive market, and to be the welcoming first introduction to Apollo MedFlight.
Apollo MedFlight is growing, which means the sky is the limit with this role!
A day in the life:
- Strategically increase the volume and quality of interaction and conversations with candidates
- Develop structured, purposeful marketing campaigns based on the targeted positions in conjunction with our marketing department
- Develop and execute sourcing/recruiting plans to identify and hire the right talent
- Source, screen, and perform preliminary interviews on potential candidates
- Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes using software programs that may include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software databases
- This position will support the pipeline of qualified talent to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with leaders to develop short and long-term hiring requirements
- Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations
- Facilitate debrief meetings with hiring managers in order to determine which candidate to pursue
