VP, Head of Guided Pathways Advisory Services (Project Management)

The VP, Head of Guided Pathways Advisory Services will refine, define, and evolve MissionSquare's managed accounts product and program. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Product Strategy Officer, the candidate will lead the efforts to grow and expand the utilization of managed accounts throughout our participant base. This leader works with multiple organizations across MissionSquare ensuring the delivery of key business initiatives.

Can report and track progress at a senior level.
A proven history of project and program management delivery.
Experienced engaging with senior internal and external clients and partners.
Committed servant leader and an inspirational people leader, capable of setting strategic direction and encouraging others to deliver results and impact to achieve that strategy.
