Account Manager (Sales)
Account Managers develop and maintain strong relationships with Archbright members in their defined territory by connecting with the organization's business owners, HR representatives, C-Suite executives, finance leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure they are using their Archbright membership benefits to the fullest, and recommend appropriate solutions to support their workplace.
A successful Account Manager is a skilled communicator, a relationship builder, passionate about member relations, and focused on creating a rewarding experience with Archbright.
Archbright is based in Seattle, WA and many of our employees reside in the PNW. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to networking trade shows, chamber events, as well as internal Archbright conferences and events (approximately 2 – 6 times per year.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with members through frequent outreach and timely follow-up.
Prospect for services sales, as well as respond to inbound leads/inquiries, from members in their defined territory.
Must consistently meet or exceed established sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis. Goals include monthly sales quota and quarterly activity goals (calls, emails, and meetings).
Stay connected with members through social networking on LinkedIn, attending industry events, and participating in Archbright hosted and sponsored in-person and virtual events.
Identify member pain points to help members maximize membership benefits, uncover sales opportunities, and partner with Service Line Leaders to present appropriate solutions.
Manage open sales opportunities through sales process in timely manner, maintaining accurate sales forecast in CRM.
Develop and implement strategies for securing members into the Workers Compensation Services service line.
Actively manage sales pipeline to build appropriately sized funnel, and accurately forecast
future sales.
Log all calls, emails, and other activities in CRM for activity tracking and reporting.
Create and manage proactive communications plans through recurring outreach that includes virtual and in-person meetings, phone calls, and email.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Archbright's products and services.
Coordinate and collaborate with Service Line Leaders and other cross-functional teams to address member needs during sales process and in the fulfillment of member benefits.
Build trust through communication, clearly set expectations and follow through on commitments.

Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team.

Participate in Archbright connection and communication experience including creating and working on quarterly objectives, 1:1s with manager, weekly check-in, and team, department, and company meetings.

Education and Experience:
Required: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in B2B environment
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Technical Skills:
Required: Excellent MS Office and CRM software skills
Preferred: Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to computer monitors and shared workspaces when required to work from an office space as needed.
This position may require traveling to member companies, mostly in the Greater Puget Sound area. The ability to get to those locations is required.
The expected hiring range for this role is between $79,744-$88,604 annually. The full range for this role is between $73,841-$103,368 annually.
