Project Manager Supply Chain - SPT (Project Management)

Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects through cross-functional teams while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization relating to Regionalization.
Manage multiple projects from the conceptual stage through implementation. Identify project timelines and milestones, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the day to day completion of project objectives by being primary owner on some of the key tasks to complete project.
Facilitate system implementations and enhancements while working with various departments on project requirements, status updates, testing and validation, and final approval for implementation.
Establish and maintain constructive working relationships and keep stakeholders informed of progress or status, addressing the underlying needs of the stakeholders. Provide necessary training on new or improved processes as well as ensuring proper training of new employees on processes.
Coordinate between the supply chain departments and I/S department to facilitate all systems implementations and enhancements. Work directly with I/S analysts to define project requirements, provide status updates, perform testing, and give final approval for implementation.
This is a high-level individual contributor role - management responsibilities limited to leading day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees. May be involved in hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 4 years of manufacturing, distribution or purchasing experience
Project management experience (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Additional
Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
Experience working through details of a problem, overcoming obstacles and reaching a positive and successful solution through mathematical or systematic operations.
Experience reviewing and reconnecting on actions and with people to ensure the completion of the task.
SAP and AS400 or similar experience.
Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings).
Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
Preferred Qualifications:
APICS certification.
PMP or CAPM certification.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
