About the El Jefe Cashier
As an El Jefe Cashier, you will be the face of our brand, greeting guests with enthusiasm and helping them enjoy a seamless, positive dining experience. You will process transactions, assist with food orders, and maintain a clean and organized environment. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
What you'll do:
Welcome Guests with Enthusiasm: Greet every guest warmly and help create a memorable experience from the moment they walk up.
Process Orders and Transactions: Efficiently handle cash and card payments while ensuring accurate order processing.
Maintain a Clean, Safe Environment: Follow food safety guidelines, keep the work area organized, and ensure the cashier station is clean and well-stocked.
Assist with Guest Needs: Support guests with their orders and ensure they have everything they need for a great experience.
Collaborate with the Team: Work with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
