Your Next Career Opportunity – Human Resources, Internship
Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Human Resources
Monitor and gather feedback from new hires and team leads to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Serve as a partner and guide within the internship program.
Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
Gain hands-on experience in employee training and development.
Collaborate with HR professionals and department managers to refine and improve team processes.
Develop valuable skills in project management, communication and process improvement.
Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
What You'll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree-seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience.
