Program Coordinator 2 (EMBA) (Finance)
MQ: Education: Requires the ability and knowledge for analysis and interpretation of procedures, policies and practices attainable through specific education and/or training programs in a specialty or technical field. Advanced vocational or electronic skills or a basic knowledge of a professional field is required. An Associate's degree or certification/licensing in a technical specialty program of over 18 months and up to 3 years duration are characteristic of this field. Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.
Department is willing to accept education in lieu of experience.
This position works in the Graduate and Professional Programs at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, and is responsible for the daily duties for the EMBA Programs Office. Overseeing two Monday/Thursday programs and two weekend programs.
Position includes the following responsibilities but not limited to:
1. Gather information from faculty on course materials
2. Communicate with vendors and order textbooks, HBS cases and binder materials
3. Coordinate with Assessment Coordinator to ensure teaching evaluations are completed.
4. Provide catering service within budget for all EMBA Program and special events.
5. Track all expenditures for textbooks, catering and supplies
6. Student registration, expedite general petitions and other administrative paperwork
7. Keep a calendar of events
8. Work special events outside of the normal business hours.
9. Interact with faculty, staff and students to promote the goals and objective of the program.
10. Review record and report of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective; Grade letters, listserv, Blackboard Learn, directories, team list etc.

Preferences: Experience in planning, organizing and executing projects.
