Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in San Jose, CA, or Seattle, WA. This hybrid role will support hiring efforts for G&A functions and the Technology Services organization led by the Chief Digital Officer. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting expertise in both G&A (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.) and technology-focused areas such as IT, Technology Operations, and Professional Services. Key Responsibilities:
Partner and Strategize: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals across G&A and Technology Services functions. Develop tailored recruitment strategies for each hiring effort.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Sourcing Excellence: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to attract top-tier talent.
Specialization in G&A and Technology Areas: Recruit for roles in departments such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations, as well as positions within the Technology Services organization, including IT specialists, technology operations managers, and professional services consultants.
Candidate Experience: Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through transparent, timely communication and an efficient recruitment process.
Data-Driven Hiring: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Workday ATS and use data to refine recruiting strategies and inform hiring managers on trends and insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR leaders, department heads, and peers in Talent Acquisition to align recruiting practices with broader organizational goals and ensure cultural alignment.
Market Trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in recruitment to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for G&A and technical roles, including HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Technology Operations.
Proven ability to balance high-volume and specialized recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Workday ATS and other recruiting platforms and tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate offers.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

The annual base pay for this position is: $121,084.00 - $181,626.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
