Position Summary
This position is responsible for program oversight, supervision of staff and achievement of performance outcomes of the Transition Services unit, to include all aspects of Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and the GATES project.
Essential Duties(Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)
1. Manages the daily operation of services in the Transition Services business unit, enrollment and placement capacity levels, supervision and performance management of designated program personnel.
2. Maintains process management of data systems and outcome measurement reports to internal and external agents, tracking, measuring and ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of process.
3. Works with Mission Integration leadership to develop individual program budget and fiscal monitoring to ensure achievement of budgeted program goals.
4. Maintains quality standards for compliance of records in accordance with best practices, CARF, Source America, DARS, DMAS, DOL, DBHDS and funding agents, training and development of unit staff to ensure that programs and procedures meet required standards.
5. Monitors billing against fiscal allocation, ensures billing, associated reports and case notations adhere to standards per the funding and state regulatory agents.
6. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to ensure successful recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training of program staff and participants.
7. Develops curriculum for the work-based learning instruction, coordinates training efforts with the direct service team to ensure departmental policies and procedures relating to services remain current and that program staff deliver services as designed to maintain fidelity with approved program model.
8. Manages community partner relationships both external and internal to ensure engagement, referral opportunities and partnership alignment.
9. Supports and develops direct reports through setting clear goals; providing regular actional feedback; devoting time to coaching and development; recognizing and rewarding associates; building a diverse team; providing organizational context, vision and strategy.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The associate in this position has supervisory responsibility for designated associates in their department.
Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in a human services related field preferred.
3-5 Years' experience in related field required.
Membership in National Rehabilitation and/or Workforce Development Professional/Job Seeker Services Certification preferred.
Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record are required.
Required to pass state and federal criminal background and sex offender checks. Depending upon contract specifications, may also be required to pass CPS and LEIE background checks and other background checks as necessary.
Ability to operate PC and databases. Experience with current Word, Windows and Microsoft office systems, preferred.
? 3 Years' experience working with individuals with significant barriers to employment, required.
1-3 Years' supervisory experience, preferred.?

Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions
General Office Position - The associate is required to lift up to 10 pounds maximum.
The associate works in a general office environment and is infrequently exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).
The associate is required to travel throughout the Goodwill service area. Occasional overnight travel is required.
