Maintenance Supervisor (Maintenance)

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

Where we are located:
Our facility is located in Shelbyville, Indiana. This area is a great location for commuters and residents of the Indianapolis area. Within a 30-45-minute commute are opportunities to live in the heart of a vibrant city or live in a suburb with all the amenities. We also have manufacturing facilities located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Monterrey, Mexico. Our Corporate Headquarters reside in Adrian, Michigan.

What the position entails:
Maintenance is responsible for maintaining and improving plant equipment. This includes repairing equipment, completing PMs, installing new equipment and completing work orders in a safe and timely manner
Responsibilities:
Organizing labor to optimize necessary maintenance activities Repair of plant equipment Identify common cause downtime issues and devote resources to resolve Perform and optimize preventive maintenance activities Maintain condition of tools Ensures that all machinery is functioning properly to meet production requirements Makes proper adjustments during the shift to meet changing conditions Develop training program for each maintenance tech to improve skill sets Facilitate communication between maintenance techs Ensure compliance with the Brazeway Quality Plan and 5S + Safety Program Other maintenance duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Experience with TPM program Continuous improvement skill knowledge Technical skills to analyze equipment issues and resolve in a timely fashion

Ability to develop employees interpersonal and technical skills.

Welding Hydraulic troubleshooting, repair and install Pneumatic troubleshooting, repair and install Electrical troubleshooting, repair and install General metal machining PLC troubleshooting Basic computer skills
