Assistant Director of Education Abroad Recruitment & Marketing (Finance)
The Assistant Director of Education Abroad Recruitment and Marketing oversees the development, execution, and assessment of a strategic recruitment and marketing plan for education abroad programs. Key responsibilities include managing and supervising a team of Recruiter/Advisors, Enrollment Management Specialist and marketing/social media staff, as well as leading the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategies to enhance program visibility and student engagement. This position reports to the Director of Global Learning, who provides leadership for Education Abroad and Campus Global Learning initiatives.This position requires a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum of four years of related exempt experience, including two years of supervisory experience.The University of South Florida is a high-impact global research university dedicated to student success. Develop, implement and evaluate a strategic recruitment and marketing plan for USF Education Abroad including lead generation, recruitment processes, marketing materials, social media content, and use of a CRM system to design and implement recruitment journeys.
Lead and set priorities for the management, planning, organization, and implementation of recruitment efforts.
Direct supervision of recruiting and marketing staff.
Accountable for managing and leading all yield-focused activities to support USF World's education abroad recruitment goals, including strategic planning, execution, and oversight of events and activities to ensure prospective education abroad students move effectively through the recruitment funnel.
Manage affiliate partner relationships.
Provide training for new and continuing staff and prepare and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
