Job Summary
This role will be hybrid onsite Tuesday-Thursday beginning in the Mundelein, IL location and will move to the Northbrook, IL location in the future.This role will require domestic travel to Medline's branches and warehouse locations for go-live support. Travel will be on average 3 times per year.

The Business Systems Analyst Associate role will support discovery workshops with our business stakeholders and document
technical specifications and designs in an agile environment. This role will also be responsible for requirements gathering, discovery,
performing gap and data analysis and functioning as a key point of contact for our business stakeholders.
Written and verbal communication, ability to speak with stakeholders and cross-functional communication
Experience with business analysis, data analysis, and root cause analysis
Ability to critically think and problem solve
Experience/background in logistics or warehouse management
SQL, scripting, experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Basic networking knowledge

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$73,840.00 - $107,120.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
