Operations Supervisor, Fulfillment - Accredo (Finance)
Location: Work on site
Hours: Hours - 9:00am-6pm est. and 11:30am-8:30pm est. alternating weeks (Monday Through Thursday)
As an Operations Supervisor - Fulfillment, you will be r esponsible for day-to-day operations of a team of associates in Pharmacy Operations monitoring productivity and performance standards while planning and directing workflow and project assignments. Responsible for attaining or exceeding production goals for their respective area daily. Conducts hiring, training, and evaluation of front line team members. Responsible for team's adherence to employment policies and corporate values. Works with the Pharmacy senior leadership team to establish team and site standards and expectations, operational processes and procedures, and the business work plan for the team.Recognizes and recommends operational improvements.
