Job Summary:
Supermicro's sales team is looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to assist our Sales Department in managing Sales related procedure, account set up, training etc. The position will also be a liaison across different functions, department, and other duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support Sales Department through with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and training on Sales processes and tools
• Resolve Sales Department with operation issues
• Control and maintain Sales Department documentation including Sales Operations Handbook, WIPs, and other forms to comply with ISO Standards
• Working with various departments and PMs, plan and organize quarterly New Sales Trainings
• Setup and run weekly Sales Meetings / Lunch Trainings
• Create training materials and provide training to sales on internal procedure
• Answer and respond to all Sales Inquiries through email, phone, and via the reseller website, and forward relevant information to sales, based on territories
• Distribute incoming leads to salespeople, based on territories
• Screen and review all documentation related to New Account Applications and Lead Registrations. Maintain and update the Account Application Website
• Support non-US Sales personnel at headquarters
• Respond to inquiries regarding order status, shipment schedule, product availability, and pricing
Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Possesses strong professional communication skills including: phone, written/email, verbal, presentation - these will be closely evaluated skills across multiple disciplines, cultural and geographies
• Experience in customer service and dealing with clients
• Must have problem solving skills and be detail oriented and be able to multi-task
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs
• Must have excel knowledge
• Organization skills a must
Salary Range
$66,560- $80,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
